How to not test too early!

I drink a lot before bed, so I'm weeing in the night or HAVE to go first thing in the morning (SO usually awake and gets in first so I have to wait which makes me need to just go even more); so I run to the toilet without remembering my stick to pee on! It's saved me so far this cycle!! AF due 15/10 and not once POAS yet 😱
