Tightness/cramping while working out
I am currently 18 weeks and I have been sick for the last couple of weeks so I wasn’t up for working out. Today I finally felt up to it. I was on the elliptical and felt a tightness in my lower abdomen. I would say kind of like a cramp but more of a dull ache/tightness. Is this normal? Any advice or has anyone experienced this before?
