Had a Dr app about a month ago, the Dr discussed letrozole with me and had my hubby do a semen analysis, the results came back ok not the worst not the greatest but high in count, anywho after the results the Dr said she wanted to discuss letrozole with me more in an appointment which I have tommorow morning. does that pretty much mean that she is going to put me on letrozole? and also what usually happens with the first appointment before taking letrozole
