My husband just go the news that his semen analysis came back with no sperm.

The doctor told us the next step is a bilateral testis biopsy? I could tell it doesn’t sit will with my hubby.. idk how to talk to him cause I know he doesn’t want to talk about it because he doesn’t want it to be official that we might not be able to have children.

The dr gave us time to think about doing the biopsy.

He keeps mentioning that my husbands test results are all good (hormone,blood) and his has normal sized testicles and everything looks okay, except the face that there is no Sperm.

Has anyone ever had this biopsy done? Or experience with this type of thing?
