Should we have a baby shower this time?

So my hubby and I have an 8 year old ,1 year old and we’re 6 months pregnant. We didn’t have a baby shower for the first two we did everything on our own. Now we fell in a financial rut and needed financial help from some family members to which they commented don’t have any more kids. “What happened forgot to take your pills?”. I’m very upset at my family because they act like they never in life needed help. Don’t feel like grinning with them when I know how they feel. Should we still throw a baby shower?
