got af at 10pm would you still consider that day 1?
I could use some advice. I got AF today (wed Oct 11) at 10pm. I am supposed to start my first round of femara on day 3. so would Wednesday be considered day 1 even though it is so late in the evening? should I start femara Friday or Saturday? I only take it from day 3-7. thanks
