Baby Kicking or Gas? 😂😏

I'm 18 weeks and I've been feeling something similar to gas. I've read descriptions on what quickening feels like and it sounds like maybe that's what I'm feeling. I'm just not sure though. How many times should I feel it and is it always in 1 place? Does the baby move around? It's my 1st baby. Just want to hear your experience and when will I definitely know it's the baby??

I have been feeling my baby since 14 weeks I got my ultrasound done at 16 weeks 3 days and it is absolutely the baby kicking me because it's feet where right where I felt it

Baby moves around and I’ve been feeling her since 18 weeks. I never have a “gas sensation” so I gave no idea what that feels like in terms of comparing the two. I’m 22 weeks now and can see her kick from the outside. I’d say you’re starting to feel her doing flips and stuff lol

Honestly I couldn't tell the difference till like 24 weeks FTM lol when they became obvious kicks

Mine felt like gas at that point which made me feel a little sick. Week 20 on a road trip was when I was sure it was baby.

some babies, like mine, move a ton. if the feeling is in pretty much one spot at a time, it's probably baby. it cam move throughout the day, but the feeling should not be scattered around your abdomen, that's probably gas.

I think by 18 weeks your guts are far enough up that if you feel what you think is gas below your belly button, it is most likely baby. I felt weird bubble like flutters around 17 weeks and figured it was baby but really couldn’t tell for sure until 21 weeks. No mistaking it now.
