I want a baby butttttt..

I want a baby really bad! Just I'm 19 and my bf is 20. I want a baby right now because of my mom. she isn't gonna live very long, she has kidney failure ect. and it scares me if I wait...she will never see her grandchild. I don't know what to do. I really want my child to meet his/her grandma. I'm in the money situation where I'll be able to handle a baby and give it the things it needs.
