I'm cramping now 😑😓

My 11 month old has this obsession with climbing all over me like a jungle gym. I've been trying so hard to get him to stop but he isn't listening well enough yet to quit completely. He's 25(at least) pounds and tall for his age so there's a lot of him. He will jab his feet wherever he can to try to get higher up and it hurts so bad. My concern is the safety of my unborn baby. I'm 25 weeks today. I know there's a lot to protect her but tonight my stomach is actually hurting and feeling tighter. Should I be concerned? I can't describe the pain exactly. Its almost a soreness but feels like my muscles are contracting inside, not low, though. 😕
