Af is finally finished and I'm still cramping and have sore nipples, heavy breast, and acne. This is new has anyone else experienced this before? is it normal?

this morning I checked my cervix and it's high and wet. I checked again just a few minutes ago and my cervix is still high and wet plus some spotting mixed with cm. I'm so confused. I'm going to bd just in case. I did read that it is normal to ovulate right after Af if I have a 21 day cycle and bleed for 7 days, but I didn't bleed for 7days and Af showed up 3days earlier than expected. ik it was Af because for at least 2/4 days I bled pretty heavily with a few clots, but the other two days were light spotting.

Af just finished for me and I'm exhausted, nauseous, and still breaking out. I knew there wasn't really a chance, but I took a pregnancy test just in case. Negative- moving on to month #10
