Spotting during pregnancy...

Trying not to stress or overthink this, but I have a history of multiple miscarriages, so I'm a little paranoid. Noticed some very light spotting this morning and would like to know if this has been normal for some of you other mamas or not? It's not bright red and it's not a lot, but this is also the first sign of bleeding I've had, so I'm laid up with my feet up today, hoping it doesn't turn into something more. I don't have any cramps, so I'm trying to take solace in that.
