Spotting

Hi ladies, I recently found out I was pregnant (last week). I’m about 5 and a half weeks. I’ve woken up this morning with a small gush of blood and now just pink colored discharge. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced bleeding this early and went on to have a healthy pregnancy. I’ve never miscarried but the sign of blood has me so worried. I have no other symptoms (no cramping or pain) at all. Any advice helps! And I will be calling my dr to get in ASAP. Thanks in advance!
