My 13 month old is too clingy

My 13 month old won't stay with his dad when I'm around. He wouldn't even let him change his diapers or feed him. He also cry when I leave him with his dad. And I think his dad gets sad about it but it's his fault he never does anything with him without me having to asked. This morning he got our son out his room and he just came straight to me to cuddle, I had to pee really bad so I left he with his dad he started crying. I never get anytime to myself because he won't leave my side.

Any advice how to get him to spend time with his dad?
