Car seat - Stroller ...what to pick?

Question

So I have narrowed it down to the Uppababy mesa or the Nuna Pipa lite. Haven't figured out what stroller to do with the Nuna. 
Anyone have these products or any other suggestions?

Nuna will be tons lighter than the uppababy.  Both are nice car seats.

The pippa lite is awesome however, if you live in a larger city or plan to ride in other cars that won’t have your base attachment the pippa doesn’t have the cross strap bar in the back (don’t think that’s the exact name for it). But some car seats have that which is important for attaching the car seat to the seatbelts in a car that doesn’t have your base. 
One car seat that is one step up in lbs is he maxi cosi. It is light weight and has the cross strap. It also has a feature of machine washable and dryer comparable inserts (huge plus for cleaning). 
I’m still undecided at this point but leaning towards maxi cosi car seat with the uppababy Cruz stroller.
