advice please

I'm 5 weeks 4 days and I had bad cramping upset tummy and sickness for around 4-5 days when I was settling down to go to sleep and my breasts where sore then it all stopped for a day and the next day resumed for 2 days but the past 2 days I've had nothing no sickness or sore breasts or cramps I haven't had any bleeding or spotting does this sound right ??? Or should I be concerned this is our first pregnancy
