103.1

My seven month old is not happy. She's been awake all night with laboured breath when she lays trying to sleep. I've just taken a rectal temp of 103.1. I don't know how to help her :(

Update - Thanks ladies, it was 2am in Australia when I posted so no option to see a dr right then. I used a nasal spray and suctioned out as much gunk as possible. Stripped her down to a nappy and singlet, and administered Brauer pain and fever natural medicine. We waited out the night and although she's still not a happy baby, the fever has broke.

She has no accompanying rash, vomiting, joint pain (from what I can tell) and she's drinking fluids well. I don't think there is an immediate need to rush her to the Dr. her Daddy had a cold before her flew out to work, I blame him lol.
