Is anyone else having some frustration with differing parenting styles?

It took me 2 months to get my baby on a nice schedule, with naps - she's a pretty temperamental baby generally and keeping as close to schedule as possible is really important for all of our sanity.

My husband spent his first day alone with her yesterday while I was at work and just decided that she didn't seem tired for her afternoon naps, so he didn't put her down.

She couldn't make it to bed time, got up an hour earlier today, and has been a nightmare all day. So basically my husband had a fun time with her and now I get to deal with the repercussions.

Sorry, just so frustrating. What are you all having difficulty with?
