I feel like my body is betraying me

So I don't know if this is spotting or a regular period, the last cycle my period was 16 days late. This cycle it's 4 days early... I'm about to fucking cry. I'm not actively trying to conceive but we're going to start in 3 months so we aren't preventing right now either.... and this shit has to start now when my body had this down to a very predictable science.
