Venting just a lil!

So I went to the er earlier for cramping and stabbing pains., I’ve been having all the signs of pregnancy as well as a few faint positive tests they did a urine test and pelvic ultrasound and found cysts on my ovaries. No sign of pregnancy.. (they didn’t do a blood test for hcg)when the dr came in I told him what all was going on and he said I could still be pregnant and hpt usually don’t give a pos unless your pg. so the nurse comes in and says the dr is wrong their urine test is the best and I’m not pg and if I have an infection or blood in the urine a hpt will give a false positive ( mind you the dr says I have none of this just 2 cysts) I have never been made to feel like an idiot like this in my life. Am I crazy ? Is he right? The hpt gave me a False pos and I’m just wishing I was pg.? Idk what to think but I def do feel pg any advice?
