Spotting/light flow=pregnancy or period?

My periods are fairly regular, give or take a few days. I was expecting it anywhere between Wednesday-Friday. On Tuesday I saw some super light blood. I thought implantation or period coming. Well it's been a super light flow/spotting since Tuesday, now Thursday. I have never "spotted" for this long before.

Has anyone had this and it confirmed to be pregnancy?
