Preeclampsia at 13 weeks

I'm only 13w2d and my doctor diagnosed me with preeclampsia at my appointment today. He gave me a blood pressure medicine and I'll see him every 2 weeks. This is my rainbow baby so I'm so upset now. Baby was fine today at the ultrasound though. HR was 145 today.
