Am I in labour?!
All night Iv been getting belly pains and tightenings at the top of my belly.. now I’m home I’m getting bad lower backache and period like cramping in my lower belly every so often with no pattern I don’t know... I’m 38 weeks pregnant just wondered what it could be!
