How can I loose weight...?

I began birth control 2 months ago and have since gained 8 pounds. I haven't changed my exercise or eating habits. I am concerned about having more. I am very unhappy with my weight right now.... I am currently 5'2'' and 123 lbs. How can I loose the weight.

I gained weight on the pill too... and nothing seemed to help with weight loss when I was on it. 😳 As soon as I stopped taking it, I dropped 10 pounds. Now I prevent pregnancy by tracking my cycles. I've been off of it for almost a year now.
