Screaming at the boob help!

My son is 10weeks and got his two month shots last week. My son is a very happy and easy baby. The night before his shots he lost it. Screamed for an hour and wouldn't latch. Got his shots the next day and it's been a nightmare. He will go from eating and latching fine to screaming his head off the next feeding. Sometimes the only way he'll eat is if I give him a bottle. He's had bottles now and then since he was 2-3 weeks old and I've never had a problem with nipple confusion but now I had to move his nipple stage up to 2 because 1 was frustrating him. Anyway, the screaming and not latching stresses me out so much idk what to do. He will go days completely fine latching, even going from bottle to latching and the. He'll go a day where the boob is no good and he gets so worked up it kills me. We've had a really busy month and I think that maybe he gets over tired and then the boob just isn't fast enough but I don't know. Maybe it's just a two month thing. Tell me it gets better :'(
