Reflux/heartburn
My due date is 10/30 and im currently awake... 3am... desperate with reflux for the first time! I woke up choking, couldn't breathe or sit up fast enough. What a horrible experience.
Im SO sleepy but I cannot stop burping, my stomach making loud noises, baby kicking and I cannot find a comfortable position to fall back asleep...
sleeping on the left side is making my back hurt so much... yet on the other side reflux comes back..
Desperate!!! 😒😒😒
