Painful

So I know most hemorrhoids can go away by themselves but mines is external and swallow. 🤦🏽‍♀️ My first time getting an external one, should I wait it out a little more until I deliver . ( I been waiting almost 2 weeks I get induced 19th) or see a doctor now.

I’m so embarrassed I don’t want to have sex ( back shots at 40w) is the only position I can do.
