Super heavy
Hey girls!
Having such an issue with my weight. I’ve always been a fairly heavy girl, but I’m not obese. Lately it’s just getting me down since I’ve been doing slow jogs and walks and eating healthy.
I know it’s not water weight because I get my water percentage measured frequently and it’s only 42%. I’ve been drinking water and keeping my fluids up but nothing helps. I’m 20 years old and 90kg. Obesity runs on my dads side and I just really don’t want to end up like them...
If you have any tip or ideas please help
