Am I a bad dog owner?

Backstory: Me and my boyfriend have been together 8 months. So for 7 months I've slept at his house every night. But my dog stays at my families house. I work from 3:00am-8:00am. So I get home, take a nap with my dog, then we go on a 30 minute walk, 15 minutes of play like tug of war or fetch, and usually 2 hours at the dog park. Sometimes we'll only stay for an hour and the walk 1-2 miles around the park. But she gets exercised. Then I do school and she will just hangout with me in my room. Now that it's getting cooler she'll go with me to stores if it's a quick visit and she'll sit in the car. The only thing is that I go to my boyfriends house around 5:00pm at night and sleep there. On the weekends she'll sleep with me at his house but since I don't leave there I can't have her over every night. When I leave she hangs out in the front yard till my mom puts her in my room. But my brother is giving me shit for being a bad dog owner. Am I? I mean, kids go off to college and leave their dogs, or the military, or even just work nights. Or what about the people that make their dogs sleep outside or never see them because they make them be outside all the time. I dont feel like I'm being a bad dog owner. I do miss her and want her with me.
