5 month old wakes up every hour at night

My son takes one nap maybe two a day if I’m lucky, he eats 5, 8oz bottles with oatmeal in the day and a jar of baby food.. at night he wakes up every hour! He has been doing this for a MONTH and me and the babies father are exhausted we work during the day and get no sleep with him. Any tips or suggestions? He’s just always hungry and always wants up when it’s bed time :/
