We are expected to gain weight during pregnancy but how much is normal? I know what the doctors tell us is normal but I want to get real feedback from real pregnant women!

Do you see your self gaining it all in the beginning? Or all towards the end? Is it true that overweight women don’t gain as much? But if you start out under weight or normal you gain more? My best friend is 32 weeks and she has gained 0 pounds but she started 100 pounds overweight... I am 24 weeks and have gained 11 pounds but I started out at a normal BMI.
