Can toddlers sense pregnancy?

Hey all! So Im officially 5 days late and havent tested yet... but my almost 3 year old daughter has become extra extra clingy and affectionate. I am always over the top with showing her affectionate but she usually will be brush me off but the past couple of days she has been all over me, she even asked my mom to call to speak to me while at work today. I always call on my lunch break to talk to her but this morning I got a call @ 10 bc my daughter asked my mom to call me. Also, just last week my daughter asked her father and I when her baby brother and baby sister were going to come? We just told her we are working on it lol but maybe she knows something we dont know. Any of you ladies experience anything like this? Did your toddlers sense that you were pregnant before you told them? I'm @ work now and cant wait to get out and get a test! But, please share your experiences.
