I just need to share this
A lot of girls OBSESS over their bodies, particularly the hips, breast, stomach and butt. This is in regards to everything out there:





This is stuff I see all the time, leading to extremely unhealthy workouts and eating dissorders, outrageous medical bills for cosmetic surgery and loads of dissapointment everywhere. To be honest, these expectations disgust me, not because of the body itself, but the lengths women will go to reach them. Most guys won't care if you have a few rolls, a bit of a tummy, lopsided boobs, hip dips, big thighs, cellulite, a flat or small butt, and neither should you! It's a pain in the ass to chase this unrealistic perfection, when most of this isn't even possible without surgical procedures or extreme diets. So, what have you done to accept your body more, or to learn to love yourself? I am on the journey to self acceptance and it's so hard, it really is. I just want to put this out there, because ei wish I cme across something like this year's ago.
