CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THIS🤦🏽‍♀️

Ok so my doctor put me on birth control pills. Yes I am trying to concieve. Ok so here is the thing. I am on my second week of taking these pills. I am experiencing ovulation symptoms. Not sure if I really am ovulating bc I'm on the pill. Kinda confused. So here are the things that I'm experiencing. Sore boobs, mild cramps, tons of ewcm, and my cervix is soft and open. Oan I had a tinge of blood in my ewcm! Has anyone of you ladies had this happen? If so please help me figure out what's going on. I'm taking these pills to help regulate my cycles in hopes to get pregnant after I'm done in 3 months... thanks in advance
