Pregnant?

I normally start my period a day or two before Glow says I’m supposed to. Well, Glow says I was supposed to start yesterday (Thursday) I took a test today & it came out negative. Could it be a false negative?

Id just wait it out. Lots of people experience late periods, especially if they are sick, taking new medicine, stressed, trying to conceive, changing diets, etc. My period was very irregular for several years. I'd wait and see if your period shows up in the next week. But for the most part, pregnancy tests are very accurate, meaning you aren't pregnant or your body hasn't recognized you are at this point.
