implantation bleeding

so I'm curious as to what everyones experiences with implantation bleeding were like. I might be going through it. all day I ha e had start and stop spotting and by all day I mean I've spotted twice. the rest has been no discharge at all and when. there was some it was very thin and clear. I've had cramps on and off since September and AF is scheduled for the 15th I'm taking a test in the morning and making an appointment to see my doctor since this has been going on for almost two months (pregnancy symptoms) which is where it gets confusing because if I am pregnant I implanted in Sept when I experienced the same spotting. I know it's possible to spot in early pregnancy however I did not experience that with my son. every other symptom though is the same. heartburn, cramps, headache, neausa, mood swings, irritability, hungry all the time but feeling full quickly then feeling sick afterwards, cravings. so idk but I'm lost and confused. like I said I'm taking a test tomorrow and regardlessof the outcome I will be making a doctor's appointment. so again I just want to know what y'all experienceswith implantationbleeding was like and/or if you spotted during early pregnancy and what that was like.
