Babies and pcos?

Has anyone here gotten pregnant with pcos and carried to term? I so how?

I have had 4 babies carried to term and have our fifth and last on the way. I am 27 weeks. I am and have been on metformin. I also take vitamins and try to eat as clean as possible. This last baby was the only one that required clomid to conceive.

So we had our first on the first try. This time we tried for 2 and a half years. After 2 years and 4 month I was diagnosed with pcos. I went in for an ultrasound with an ob and she found the cysts on my ovaries. So she gave me fertility meds. The first month was a single dose and nothing. The second month I took double and I'm currently 24 weeks with a girl. I was taking fermara for those 2 months.

I have pcos and tried ttc for 5 years and nothing happened. I conceived via IVF and will be 7 months pregnant next week. I took prenatals, vitamin d, and was put on metformin before. I also had elevated insulin level.

I have PCOS and had my baby girl 4 months ago. She is our little miracle literally. I went to a fertility specialist who told me that I had a 1% chance of getting pregnant on my own. My husband and I prayed for years to get pregnant. I cut out caffine from my diet and started taking Apple Cider Vinegar and Vitamin D. I walked more. My 1st pregnancy ended in a miscarriage not due to my PCOS. I got pregnant a month after my miscarriage and now I have a baby. There is hope  : )

27+4 with my second now.
I try to limit stress, walk daily and eat well.

I'm pcos haven't had baby yet still 5 months I'm hoping I can go full term but midwife scarred me people with pcos need c section early I see a OB  next week so I will find out from him what can be expected. my friend is pcos and she had 2 beautiful babies and she want full term and both vaginal births no complications at all they just monitored her a bit more..
