OUCH!! 😭

so today im just close to 8w and laying down tonight im having sharp pains where baby is located on right hand side of my uterus and some seldom on the other side. Laying on my side they come and if i switch on my back when they do it is worse for a couple mins. The pains are coming and going and not really so much crampy just sharp pain Thats freaking me out a bit. Anyone have any suggestions or help with this type of thing? I can't remember much from my 1st pregnancy and what was normal or not. heeeelllppp 😬😥
