Help I have such ugly hands ...

So for the past couple of months my eczema has gotten out of control... more cracks keep appearing on my hands.. they hurt like hell I’ve already seen my family doctor about it and he sent me to a dermatologist and they didn’t do anything !!! I’ve used plenty of creams aquaohor, Euricin, hydrocortisone 0.5%-2.0% , cruel etc just to name a few .

Idk what to do everywhere I go people ask me about why my hands look like this...

Anyone else have eczema . How do you deal with yours?
