I really need advice...

I messed up... I have been talking to this guy for 2 months now and we talk every day and about a couple weeks ago we daid I love you.. it sucks because we can't see each other we live an hour away and he cant drive due to seizures.... about a month into us talking I hooked up with a guy that I used to talk to and now it could possibly affect things because I could be pregnant but I'm not sure yet.... I dont know if I should tell him just yet until I know for sure I'm not pregnant... I tried to ask him what he would have done if I told him we did do things and he said he would be more mad now than he would abything because I lied.... please give me advice I do love him he is really great....
