What am I doing wrong? 😩
Hello I’m 21, 5’4 and my weight is unknown(don’t own a scale) but I’ve been on a weight loss journey and I’ve been busting my ass on trying to lose weight (vacay in less than 2wks) but I’ve plateaued and I’ve been so bloated. I’ve been getting really Frustrated with my body and I feel huge. Please does anyone have tips? I’m constantly switching up my cardio and exercise, weight lifting, and eating salads like crazy. What am I doing wrong?
