I'm trying new things and have never worn skinny jeans I've always worn flare so I have no clue what I'm doing! I'm not very much into style but recently lost a bit of weight so am more interested! I'm only 4'11" so these are super long if uncuffed so is this enough or should it be cuffed more or less to show more ankle? Is the actual cuff wide enough? Please give me your input because I have no one else to ask! Thank you!

I think the cuff should be thinner.  if you have too much material cut them off first.  also, you could consider cutting the front shorter than the back.  that look is very in right now.
