first time on the the nuvaring...
this will sound dumb. I know it will, but I need help lol. so I'm on the ring and love it. anyways I use menstrual cups and I just got my first period since starting the nuvaring. I'll put my next ring in on Tuesday but if I still have my period can I use a menstrual cup? Or no? Like I haven't bought pads or tampons in months.
