idk whats gpong on with me

So I may be pregnant but I don't wanna get my hopes up. first of all last night I woke up at 3 in the morning crying cause I was mad on my fincé for waking me up cause he went to use the bathroom so idk why I was pissed and also was super hungry so I got some food..Lately my boobs have been super duper itchy like even in public when I can't do nothing about it lol.. and I just been feeling sick after I eat something and I've also been cramping really bad for two weeks but no period. about a week ago I took pregnancy test and it was negative.. but this time idk I feel differnt. I also have endometriosis and just had sugery. please no negive comments! as I have been sugery emotional! what y'all first symptoms y'all had or whatever?
