Does your husband plan dates?

I find myself wanting affection and romance. He has never done anything romantic for me in 4 years and he has never planned a date for us. I am really wishing that I could have affection from him without having to ask for it. Unless I make a plan for us to do something, he will sit at his computer 24/7. He feels that having me in the same house as him means we are spending time together, but he knows I don't agree. I am sick of having to come up with something for us to do in order to get his attention. He will complain whenever I suggest doing anything but he will usually do it. I feel really undervalued and lonely.

We recently had our 1 yr wedding anniversary and he did nothing for it. I had a plan for something small but he really did not want to do much at all. He says he is happy with me and he wants to have a baby but I don't feel like my needs are being met. Last I got flowers was mothers day 2016 after begging him to do something for me. I have kids from a pervious marriage but he really wants a baby. He didn't spend time with the kids we have so I know it will just be me taking care of all the kids while he plays his games 24/7.
