Anyone experience this ?possible twins?

I got bfp 10/9 and yesterday I wiped a brown dot and pink dot today slight bright red but didn't last the second wipe , so I tested and got these . Possible twins ? I've been taking forever blessed and 1200 folate and 725 folic . Please help or tweak ,baby dust to you all
