Favorite older baby swaddle.

My son HAS TO be swaddled. I've tried transitioning him away from being swaddled and it's a no go! He is 19 weeks old (4.5 months) and we have loved the ergobaby swaddler up until now. He's breaking out and there is a fat seem pressing on his lower back that I think is annoying him. I'm thinking long term and would like a swaddle that works for 6-12 months. What swaddle worked for you?
