Change in cycle

Does this mean that my cycle will now be the “normal” 28 days?? Or could this just be a one time thing. Also, I usually ovulate on CD 21. I am currently on CD 14 and I have been cramping on the right side of my lower abdomen and I have been spotting so I think I’m very close to ovulating.
