Underboob tattoo with bigger boobs??

I’ve been really really considering getting an underboob/sternum tattoo. I think it’d be super cute & boost my body confidence. However I’m around a size 42DDD. Because I’m larger, they’re obviously not the perkiest- LOL. Would I be able to wear a bra while getting it done for proper placement? Would it be silly to get it done anyway?

this is mine. i also have big boobs... 40 ddd+. when i had mine done they had me standing with my bra in its normal position so they could place the stencil, i checked placement and then laid down amd pulled my bra up a bit.
