Sorry, I don't know where else to put this 😂

I shrunk a hoodie of mine accidentally I'm very upset our room mate turned the dryer on the highest heat setting for whatever reason.. I accidentally threw a load in and pushed start without looking at the setting and the hoodie shrunk. Of course.

Question 1: will the hoodie shrink further if I dry it again on BUT on delicate? It's your standard run of the mill hoodie fabric. Probably cotton blend whatever..

Question 2: is there ANYWAY I can stretch it out a bit? Like when it's wet will pulling on it help to stretch it back out? I'm clueless when it comes to laundry tricks and facts haha. Thanks ladies
