How often do u change baby's bottle?

Hey guys
I'm exclusively pumping and I've been using medela bottles. I was wondering how often should we change the bottles/nipples?

we change nipples every 6-8 weeks. or else they start collapsing, and normal wear and tear. we had to change them anyhow, as he went from stage 0+, 1, 2 , and then to stage 3. (Dr. brown nipples) over the course of 5 months.  we use Dr. brown bottles but now that he's a little older we will also use Gerber or evenflo reg bottles

I've been using the same ones. Never heard of needing to replace them unless they get enough wear and tear. I sterilize them once a week. We are still using the slow flow nipples, we tried moving up but she just seems to prefer them otherwise she gets carried away and tries to drown herself 😂 then half of it comes out of her mouth.

I’ve been using the medela set up. I had no idea you ever changed them out. Other than when you went up to medium flow

What do you mean by change bottles? We've been using the same ones all along, and they've held up fine. I either hand wash or run them through the dishwasher each night.
